Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to NemanjaAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application "NemanjaAI" and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You can delete your account by contacting us at ainemanjaapp@gmail.com. Upon account deletion, we will stop processing your data, subject to legal requirements.
3. Subscriptions
The app offers monthly subscriptions via Google Play and the Apple App Store. Payments are processed through these platforms, and users must follow the respective platform’s process for subscription management.
To cancel a subscription, go to your account settings in either the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
4. Data Collection and Use
We collect data such as images processed for nutritional analysis. We use Firebase for authentication and Google services for data management. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the app's performance, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for any violation of these Terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the app, you accept the updated terms. Please review this page periodically for updates.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade.

10. End-User License Agreement (EULA)
10.1 Apple App Store (iOS)
For users downloading the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA will prevail for iOS users.
10.2 Google Play Store (Android)
Google does not provide a standard EULA. Therefore, for users downloading the App from Google Play, we provide the following license terms:
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NemanjaAI mobile application solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- Circumvent or interfere with security features of the App.
This license terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.
10.3 Third-Party Store Disclaimer
This agreement is solely between you and NemanjaAI, not with Apple or Google. Neither Apple nor Google is responsible for support, maintenance, or legal claims related to the App.
Услови коришћења
1. Увод
Добродошли у NemanjaAI! Ови Услови коришћења ("Услови") регулишу ваше коришћење наше мобилне апликације "NemanjaAI" и сродних услуга. Коришћењем Апликације слажете се са овим Условима. Ако се не слажете са овим Условима, немојте користити Апликацију.
2. Кориснички налози
Одговорни сте за поверљивост информација о вашем налогу. Можете избрисати свој налог контактирањем нас на ainemanjaapp@gmail.com. Након брисања налога престајемо са обрадом ваших података, у складу са законским обавезама.
3. Претплате
Апликација нуди месечне претплате преко Google Play и Apple App Store. Плаћања се обрађују преко ових платформи, а корисници морају пратити procedure управљања претплатама на овим платформама.
Да бисте отказали претплату, идите у подешавања налога у Apple App Store или Google Play. Отказивање ступа на снагу по истеку текућег обрачунског периода. Повраћај новца се не издаје за делимичне периоде.
4. Прикупљање и коришћење података
Прикупљамо податке као што су слике обрађене ради нутритивне анализе. За аутентификацију користимо Firebase, а за управљање подацима Google услуге. За више информација погледајте нашу Политику приватности.
5. Ограничење одговорности
У мери у којој је законом дозвољено, одричемо се свих гаранција у погледу перформанси, функционалности или погодности апликације. Не одговарамо за било какву штету насталу коришћењем апликације.
6. Прекиди
Можемо суспендовати или укинути ваш приступ апликацији у било ком тренутку без претходне најаве у случају кршења ових Услова.
7. Измене
Можемо изменити ове Услове у било ком тренутку. Све измене биће објављене на овој страници, а наставком коришћења апликације прихватате нове услове.
8. Примењиво право
Ови Услови се примењују у складу са законима Републике Србије. Сви спорови решавају се пред надлежним судовима у Београду.

10. Лиценцни уговор са крајњим корисником (EULA)
10.1 Apple App Store (iOS)
За кориснике који преузимају апликацију преко Apple App Store-а, коришћење апликације регулисано је и стандардним Apple EULA уговором. У случају било каквог сукоба, Apple EULA има предност за iOS кориснике.
10.2 Google Play Store (Android)
Google не обезбеђује стандардни EULA, па зато за кориснике који преузимају апликацију преко Google Play-а важи следећа лиценца:
Додаљује вам се ограничена, неисključива, непреносива и опозива лиценца за коришћење мобилне апликације NemanjaAI искључиво у личне и некомерцијалне сврхе, у складу са овим Условима.
Сагласни сте да нећете:
- Копирати, мењати, дистрибуирати, продавати или изнајмљивати било који део апликације;
- Радити риверс инжењеринг или покушавати да издвојите изворни код, осим ако закон то дозвољава;
- Користити апликацију за противправне, штетне или злоупотребљиве активности;
- Ометати или заобилазити безбедносне механизме апликације.
Ова лиценца се аутоматски укида ако прекршите ове Услове.
10.3 Одрицање од одговорности трећих страна
Овај уговор је искључиво између вас и NemanjaAI, а не између вас и Apple-а или Google-а. Apple и Google нису одговорни за подршку, одржавање или правне захтеве у вези са апликацијом.
